As we are a small company my role could best be described as “varied”, however I would be the primary contact for most policy / legal issues. I am our primary contact with respect to all registries, policy, law enforcement and also handle most of our marketing / PR.

We are an ICANN accredited registrar and I currently own 50% of the company.

As a registrar and hosting provider it is in our interest that our registrants and clients best interests are served by ICANN policy
We are a commercial entity. It is obviously in our interests to keep an eye on any policy that impacts our business and that of our clients.
