I don’t like watching single episodes of TV shows, which is one of the reasons why a Sky+ box makes sense for me. The other problem I have is that I forget which evening or time a programme is showing!
During the week the Stargate Atlantis Season 4 boxset arrived from Amazon, so I spent most of yesterday watching it. Funnily enough Season 5 has started airing in the US already, so I was able to watch the first two episodes of Season 5 shortly after watching the grande finale of Season 4.

Someone gets captured.
More skulking through corridors.
Carter comes up with some deus ex machina gobbledegook, the captured get rescued and something big gets blown up.
They get back to Earth.

I’ve just seen the first two episodes of season five. Brillient stuff!
But they’ve just lost a jumper! You’d think they had dozens to spare!
I know it’s sad but I’ve been waiting for this season to start since 4 ended!

Yeah, true. when they came across a city similar to Atlantis on a planet where people didn’t understand what they were living in. Or, was it the city that was built on a planet that allowed it to draw it’s power from it’s unstable volcano but later got destroyed as they were running their shield for years on end in feer of a rathe attack.
