Home Audio Pricing – Feeling Ripped Off?

I’m more than a little peeved by the price difference between the US and Ireland / UK.

Can someone please explain how the Onkyo DX-C390 (a 6 disc cd changer) is listed on the Onkyo USA site with a RRP of $219 while pricing for it in Ireland seems to be more than double that at EUR350!

    Prime example of Rip Off Ireland. I see it every day of the week. Thanks to the internet at least we have a choice to where we now shop. And then they onder why sales are down. Doh

    Guys – It’s really annoying no matter what the “explanation” might be.
    I would love to buy local etc., but I’m forced time and again to import from overseas. Be that for hardware or music or dvds
