I’m still cleaning up after the migration from WordPress to Movabletype, so if anyone spots any weird errors or anything please let me know.

Ah, I see you’re using my plugin! The ‘Receive email notification of further comments.’ isn’t showing up on all pages, though; you may need to rebuild.
