Extending Sugar CRM

Austrian company go-mobile has released a number of extensions for SugarCRM. Details available on their site

hi. i am looking for the extensions you are referring to but the links don’t work.
any ideas..
i am starting to look at sugar now, and am into real estate.
i need a central crm system since we are duplicating data and its doing my head in
